You do not need to be in shape to join. We continually push you harder every day so that you always see progress and get the best results! BCX is for people of every age, size, shape or fitness level. Male and female. Young and old. Fit and not-so-fit. All we ask is that everyone who enlists agrees to do their best…. You don't have to be in the best shape of your life to join — that's why you're joining, to get in the best shape of your life!
What type of exercises are included in the program?
BCX exercises include: bodyweight exercises, crunches, squats, lunges, calisthenics, push-ups, medicine ball training, power tube and band training, Battling Ropes, sandbag training, Concept 2 Rowing, Slosh pipe, training, tires, and much more! We use a wide variety of training techniques such as STRENGTH CIRCUIT TRAINING, INTERVAL, and TABATA TRAINING to make it fun for you to get fit!
From years of experience as trainers, we have developed this unique approach to fitness, using a wide variety of techniques to get you fit fast! Our complete training methods will provide you the opportunity to attain total health and wellness.
How often does BCX meet? Yes we TRAIN INSANE on the following days and times: *Monday through Friday
7:00am, 9:00am, 5:00pm, & 7:00pm
*SATURDAY MORNING SUFFERING
9:00am & 11:00am
